Rewriting the Script: An Intergenerational Trauma Workshop

March 14 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT
Free

The Story You Inherited Isn’t the Only One You Can Tell.

We are all born into a “script” already in progress—a collection of family stories, survival strategies, and unspoken rules passed down through generations. While some of these traditions offer strength, others carry the weight of unhealed wounds, systemic pressures, and patterns that no longer serve us.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying burdens that aren’t yours, or if you find yourself repeating the very cycles you promised to break, this space is for you.

Rewriting the Script is a transformative, guided workshop designed to help “cycle breakers” move from understanding their history to actively editing their future.

Is This Workshop for Me?

This experience is crafted for anyone who identifies as a “cycle breaker,” including those navigating:

  • Complex family dynamics or estrangement.
  • The pressure of being the “first” or the “only” in their lineage.
  • A desire to parent or live differently than how they were raised.
  • Cultural or systemic trauma impacting family identity.
